Atlas is operated by WBG Labs, established in Portugal — the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Reach us at legal@atlasapp.pt.

The email you submit to the waitlist and when you submitted it, any emails you send us, and the basic request logs our hosting provider keeps to run and protect the site. No analytics, no tracking cookies, and we never sell your data.

We use your email to send you an alpha invite and occasional updates about Atlas and Atlas-related products, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Hosting logs are processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)). Nothing else — no profiling, no automated decisions, no other purposes without asking you first.

Waitlist emails are stored with Notion Labs, Inc. and the site is hosted by Vercel Inc., both US-based. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your waitlist email stays until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed; hosting logs are short-lived.

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time — email legal@atlasapp.pt and we’ll respond within one month. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority — in Portugal, the CNPD.

We’ll update this page and the date above when anything changes. If a change materially affects data you already gave us, we’ll email you first.

These terms cover this website and the waitlist. Using either means you accept them. The Atlas product itself will have its own terms once you get access.

Atlas is in an invite-only alpha. Joining the waitlist registers your interest — it doesn’t guarantee access, and invites are sent at our discretion. Features, pricing, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time.

Only submit an email that’s yours, don’t disrupt or probe the site, and don’t reuse its content commercially without our permission.

The Atlas name, logo, and everything on this site belong to us or our licensors.

The site is provided “as is”, describing a product in active development. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using it. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory provisions where you reside.
